1) Does it use electricity?
No, the "Blue Bidet" does not require electricity. It works by using the water pressure that comes to your bathroom.
2) Is it easy to install?
The "Blue Bidet" is very easy to install. It requires at most fifteen minutes of your time and it is installed with tools found normally in every home. In fact, what is required is a wrench.
3) Can I take it with me if I move to another home?
The "Blue Bidet" is very easy to uninstall and reinstall again, which makes is very easy to move to your new home.
4) Does the "Blue Bidet" have a warranty?
The "Blue Bidet" has a one year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Abuse done to the product or improper installation is not covered under the warranty. But trust us, the bidet is really easy to install and it's virtually defect free.
5) Is "Blue Bidet" only for feminine hygiene use?
The "Blue Bidet" is for the personal hygiene of the entire family, including kids.
6) Can I hurt myself by using the bidet?
The "Blue Bidet" has a control that lets you regulate the water output to a desirable pressure that you can adjust to make you feel comfortable without any risk. Please be careful when going to really high-pressure settings because water pressure varies from home to home and could be set to a level that may be harmful. The water pressure going into the bidet can also be adjust at the incoming water valve on the wall.
7) Can the water temperature be too hot?
The "Blue Bidet" model 3000 gets its hot water from the same hot water valve your bathroom sink uses, and mixes the hot water and the room-temperature water to get a variety of water temperatures that you can regulate. The water temperature will never be hotter than what you can get at your bathroom sink but please start with a lower temperature setting so that you reach a level that is comfortable for you and not a harmful one. Remember that everyone’s comfort level is different, so it is up to you to find a convenient temperature.
8) What is the bidet return policy?
We will fully refund your money, no questions asked, on any "Blue Bidet" within the first year of purchase. We would also replace any defective products within the first year. The buyer only needs to return the product back to us and pay for its shipping.
9) How do I clean my bidet?
The bidets are extremely easy to clean. You can use the same products you currently use to clean your toilet and you can clean it in the same fashion.
10) Is the site safe to use my credit card?
Yes it is. All the pages in the store that ask for or display personal information, including your credit card information are secured by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Our site is guarded by VeriSign and uses their most secure and trusted option for SSL security, thus giving us the Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate.
